To start anew after a troubled youth and an addiction to self-mutilation, the still young Claire Saint picks up a unique chance to become a tattoo artist. In the LA-based shop Oblivion, she’s mentored by the owners Dillon and Rick. At her birthday party, she meets Rick’s attractive roommate Lee. What starts out as a sex-oriented relationship only, spins out of control when Lee introduces her to drugs like cocaine and heroine. Although Claire manages to hide her addiction from Rick, Dillon, and customers, truth can’t be denied forever.
