Each day I add music to my soundtrack to 2021 Spotify playlist. Here is the first batch for March.
Monday 1 March: Meet Me In Orbit – Waste Your Time
I don’t want to waste your time. Please save mine.
Tuesday 2 March: Allysandra – Glädjetårar
Smooth synth pop along the lines of Dua Lipa, Tove Lo, Ariana Grande. Here’s Swedish singer/songwriter Allysandra.
Wednesday 3 March: Alan Walker & Julie Bergan – Ignite
Microsoft Organizes its Ignite 2021 event these days. I’m attending several presentations, Q&A sessions, and keynotes during the evening hours.
Thursday 4 March: Pomplamoose – Dreams
It’s #throwbackthursday. I picked a cover of Fleetwood Mac‘s Dreams (1977) by Pomplamoose, an American musical duo composed of husband-and-wife multi-instrumentalist Jack Conte and singer-songwriter and bassist Nataly Dawn.
Friday 5 March: The Letter Black – Rise
The sequel to Pain (2017) is there. Heavy rock band The Letter Black is back to Rise, a week after – according to the band’s website – the single Born for This ft. Trevor McNevan (Thousand Foot Krutch‘s lead singer) would be released. That single never made it to Spotify.
Saturday 6 March: Echo Image – Walk My Mind
Sunday 7 March: Nikonn & Mello – Only Now
Live in the present.
Monday 8 March: Chase Rice – Messy
Messy meetings, unclarity around, incomplete feedback loops aren’t building an effective and inspiring day. Yet, beauty and humor are found in small things, just like this song by country music singer, songwriter, and reality television personality Chase Rice.
Tuesday 9 March: Madonna – Vogue
Daily yoga stretch poses cause me to sweat already at 7 AM 🙂 It reminds me of Madonna‘s Vogue (1990). Pose…attitude.
Wednesday 10 March: Vangelis – Preparation
A full day of preparation of materials to conduct a four-days course later this month.
