This practical short read by Cisco manager Hassan Osman helps fellow managers, team leaders, facilitators, Scrum Masters, and Agile coaches with 18 team-building activities that can be done online without any special software. We all miss the water cooler or coffee corner chit-chat in the office. To overcome that lack of social cohesion, the activities aim to get to know each other.
Think of Pictionary, two truths and a lie, fun group chat, improv slides, or plotting the places you’ve lived in on a map and simple physical exercises. With every game in Fun Virtual Team-Building Activities comes with a goal and the necessary tools, plus a description of the execution. Useful guidance in structural work from home setting.
