It also addresses the so-called 90-minute ultradian cycle, the foundation for the time management Pomodoro technique, the use and abuse of drugs, practical resources ranging from mobile apps like Caffeine Zone 2 to eating bananas. Flood summarizes his findings in an accessible manner but may enter areas beyond your comfort zone when he’s recommending self-hypnosis, and self-massage to fall asleep almost instantly. We sleep one-third of our lives, so let’s be careful enabling it, to fully enjoy the two-third we’re wide awake.
